Student apartments in Umeå

Today SVT published an article about the new residential project in Tomtebo, Umeå.

Ledstången properties is establishing their first projekt in Umeå. Älvdansen, Tomtebo is an area in Umeå where 220 student apartments are planed and designed by DAP Stockholm. Its a narrow sector and at this moment the are is not really a construction-planned land, stated by Joakim Genetay at ledstången properties representative for projects at Umeå.
