Åda Tree Houses

The Åda Manor outside Trosa has been owned by the Isoz family for five generations. Working with the family, DAP has designed 11 detached houses, á 131 sqm. This is now creating an attractive group of homes that will preserve and utilise the picturesque environment while at the same time strengthening the Åda Golf & Country Club brand. Each house being sited slightly differently on its plot, depending on the terrain, creates the effect of them being placed freely in nature. Together with a coherent design of colours and materials, adapted to the surroundings, the houses form a calm, cohesive front to the golf course. Prominent features of the interior include white, oil-painted wooden ceilings, polished concrete floors and large panoramic windows facing the golf course and the surrounding countryside.
