Space is now open

The city center of Sweden’s capital is now transforming into a more open, safe, and inviting place. This includes the fifth Hötorgshuset, an iconic building which, from this weekend on, will carry Space Stockholm. The concept is world-unique – both in terms of size and what’s included in it. It combines the most important parts of digital culture — gaming, music, esports, and ”content creation” for digital platforms — and aims to engage and include people through experiences in entertainment, digital culture, and the gaming world.

DAP has been sketching, planning and designing during the last three years and the journey from rendered illustration to actual construction has been thrilling!

The idea of the concept was initiated in 2019 and it’s been developed to be able to be exported internationally. Space opened to the public on November 27.
