The parent and subsidiary company wanted a new office together with a modern internal meeting-space that felt homely and inviting. By renovating and re-establishing several of the property’s unique qualities that had been lost throughout the years, we created a peaceful, calm base, to which we added modern, contrasting elements. The two floors were linked together by a graphic black spiral staircase which stands out against the otherwise soft pastel and natural palette. Classic fishbone parquet floors were complemented with fishbone-patterned textile flooring. Panels and stucco are extended into the paintwork. The new interiors meant that visitors experienced R12 in a fresh, new way.
